What is your primary product or service?
Farmers provides the insurance needs for business, home, auto, umbrella, workman's comp, mobile home, motorhome, motorcycle, boat, jet ski and life.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I attained my insurance license two and a half years ago. I have been selling insurance part-time till retirement. As of May 1, 2015, I retired and will now be a full-time agent for Farmers
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I do not want to push someone into buying a product that they may feel uncomfortable with. If a person wants insurance, I will provide the information they want and let them decide. If the customer wants the policy, they will ask to buy it.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, personal check, credit/debt card or cashiers check.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I run the agency with my wife.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday 8:30 to 5:30
Saturday by appointment
After hours by appointment that is mutually agreed upon with the customer

I can talk to anyone. I want to be known as someone who will not mislead to get ahead.
