What is your primary product or service?

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I am a real estate investor and sometimes had to wait 2-3 weeks for an inspection and have even lost some deals because it took so long. Then there is the quality of the inspection and the 30-50 page report I sometimes got that really told me nothing. So I decided to learn how to do home inspection myself. I was surprised at how interesting it was and how much I enjoyed helping people be "Happy Homeowners". I completed my course work at the top of my class, scored extremely well on my licensing tests, and start my own inspection company. I was surprised again when I started receiving so many calls for inspections and why people were calling me. The number one reason was they could get an inspection quick(that part did not surprise me ) and the number 2 reason was because I was a woman. Apparently women mostly do the real estate shopping and felt like a woman would pay more attention the issues and would convey the information in a more user-friendly way. So when her husband asked her questions she could discuss it and understand it better.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I do inspections when its most convenient for clients. If you want to close fast or just ran out of time call me today and I will inspect tomorrow. Dedicated to my clients from dawn till dusk 7 days a week. And just as importantly, I give the kind of inspection to every house as if I personally were buying.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have one location and no plans to expand until I can no longer offer next day inspections.
